Costume

 capture a thriller atmosphere the costumes for our actors/actresses will be old Victorian. We choose this as we watched the thriller/horror of the opening sequence in 'The Woman In Black', and as they used old victorian theme the film automatically seemed scarier, so by using this skill our thriller/comedy opening scene will be slightly more scarier.

For the little girl we will dress her in a old victorian dress. On the left there are three different choices in which we will take ideas from to design the dress. Also the hair will be down and we will use bows to tie some parts of it up again referring back to the victorian period. Shoes will be little black or brown boots.

For the young boy we have also chosen an old victorian style; Shorts, boots, shirt and a jumper vest. the colour of both costumes for the girl and boy will be dull colours which consists of browns greys and pail washed out colours which will add to the gloomy victorian look.

                                                                                     For the father who will be searching for the 

children  his costume will be black or brown a suit will be satisfactory maybe a pocket watch and tie to add a even more victorian look will help the thriller atmosphere.
